Are you experiencing an after hours repair Issue?
If your repair is of an urgent nature (i.e. blocked sewer, no electricity, fire etc) and is after our normal business hours, please call the emergency after hours contact on 0451 308 104.
If we are unable to take your call, please make sure you leave a detailed message including your name, property address, phone number and the nature of the issue you are experiencing. It is important you leave this information to enable us to return your call.
For all non-urgent matters, please fill out a maintenance form or contact our office during normal business hours being Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday from 9.00am to 1.00pm.
Note: If you do not have power or water to the house and your neighbours are experiencing the same, it is advisable to check with Ausgrid or Hunter Water of any current outages, as these types of occurances are beyond our control and can be monitored using their respective websites for expected wait times.

During business hours….
Our office may retain a duplicate set of key/s to the property for emergency access.
Under certain circumstances and if a copy is held, they can be loaned during office hours with a $20.00 refundable key deposit. Once keys are returned the deposit will be refunded accordingly. We note the keys must be returned the same day.
After business hours….
An after-hours key service may be available by calling the office and pressing #1 option to be transferred to the emergency mobile. It should be noted however that the availability of this particular type of service is subject to individual staff members discretion to attend and in accordance with NSW Occupational Safety guidelines and a mandatory non-refundable $50.00 attendance fee being paid – this fee is not negotiable and must be paid on the agents arrival at the property. You will be asked if you have the funds available to utilise the service when phoning the emergency phone.
PLEASE NOTE; This service is only available during daylight hours to ensure the security of the staff entry to the office and property attending.
Should you feel it essential that someone attend outside of the above scope, you may contact a locksmith (we recommend Newcastle Locksmiths on 4963 7666). Utilising this type of service however will see all associated costs being solely payable by you, the tenant.
